Pay Transparency Directive is live — but transposition is a patchwork
In force since June 7, 2026, the EU Pay Transparency Directive now requires salary ranges on job postings in countries that transposed on time (Italy, Slovakia, Lithuania, Malta). Germany, Spain and Italy tighten payroll oversight

New « birth leave » takes effect: two extra months, per parent

Remote-work refusals now need a written reason
Employers must justify any remote-work refusal in writing, with a mediator available for disputes, and a national scale now sets reimbursement for home-office costs. Sources: Factorial, Legaletic.
URSSAF
DSN substitution: a two-month clock to fix payroll filing errors
Since March 2026, URSSAF has been sending affected employers an annual reminder report (CRM) flagging prior-year DSN filing anomalies. Employers get two months from receipt to self-correct. Sources: LégiSocial, PayFit.
Transport tax (« versement mobilité ») rates change across several regions

Undeclared-work recovery orders become immediately enforceable

E-invoicing fines quadruple: €15 → €50 per non-compliant invoice

Corporate tax holds at 25%, reduced 15% rate stays under €42,500

Social Contributions
A single unified relief (RGDU) now reaches up to 3x minimum wage

Social security ceiling and minimum wage revalued

Amendment 12 creates an « entry level » that lowers new consultants’ minimum pay
